First time staying here, the place is clean and fragrant, there is a swimming pool, there is a rooftop where you can have coffee while hanging out at night because there are lots of seats, if you want to find food there are also lots, close to the town square, just walk about 500 meters if you don't want to take the car, really recommended if you want to stay here, the price is cheap, but it is comfortable.

The room is comfortable and spacious for that price.

In the morning and evening, the view from the rooftop is really amazing, and if you want to go to Batu town square, you just have to walk... Cool.

A must stay here, the place is comfortable, the service is friendly, especially the access to the city is close to the Batu town square, just a short walk, it's great, the car is shiny, get a free car wash. A must stay here again if you stop by Batu again.

Mobility to everywhere is easy because it is close to Batu Square.

It's good for a homestay, the swimming pool is clean, the rooms are comfortable, there are lots of spots to relax and there's a rooftop too.

Bookimg was confirmed by the hotel staff for 1st floor. whem we arrived, the request was not informed to front office staff and the family room in the 1st floor were all occupied. They are helpful. The room is spacious but Will not come again.

It's been 3 years since I've been staying here every holiday to Batu and I always ask for the superior room on the top because the view is good, you can see the mountains.. the cleanliness is okay but for the AC in the room I stayed in, for some reason from the first to the third time I went there it was never cold and for the bathroom the hot water is also unstable so taking a shower is not comfortable because the water is suddenly very hot and then suddenly cold, it's a shame if you bring small children... for the stability of the hot water in the bathroom, please fix it and also the AC in the superior room on the top 206, please pay attention because it's not cold at all

Second time staying here, no minuses.

the hotel staff is friendly, from the rooftop area you can see a nice view of the mountains, the downside is the rooftop area is dusty. the car was washed clean in the morning. a water heater is provided so you can make coffee, tea, noodles. drinking water is also provided in the dispenser. the lobby is also instagrammable. from the square of Batu, just walk for about 5 minutes, so you don't need to take a vehicle to the square. thank you, next time I will go there again.

Highly recommended for a vacation in Batu. When checking out, the car has been cleaned. Thank you for the service.

The bed is very comfortable, smells good, the room is a bit narrow, the bathroom is okay, the hot and cold water is on everyday & everytime, because the room is next to the laundry room and the machine is on every morning, afternoon, evening and every few minutes, the noise is disturbing.
