Second time staying here.. Still as comfortable as ever.. The staff are also very friendly.. Will stay here again if I go to Batu..

Near Lippo Plaza Batu, easy access to everywhere, friendly service, but breakfast is less varied, and the swimming pool is a short distance away.

Room 607 with Mount Panderman view. I extended my stay for another night, but I preferred to book through OTA because it turned out the price was much cheaper than paying directly at the hotel. I took room breakfast, and what amazed me was that one of the side dishes included peanut tempeh 🥰 I was so happy, like I had found a treasure, because as a migrant worker, what I miss from Batu City is peanut tempeh. Then there was also clear vegetable soup which tasted similar to what my grandmother used to make. Gosh... I was so happy. Thank you de' lobby 🥰🫰♥️

Room 514 overlooked Batos. The staff was friendly and communicative. I reported the air conditioning to the receptionist, which initially wasn't cooling, and it was immediately resolved, returning to normal. While in this room, I didn't try any of the restaurant's food because I was mostly out and about.

The staff were nice and friendly, although some didn't smile much. It was a bit uncomfortable swimming. I asked for a towel, but the staff said, "They're out of towels." For a hotel that big, they're out of towels? It seems impossible to me. Maybe the staff was lazy about giving out towels, even though there weren't many people swimming 🙃. The bathroom drain smelled unpleasant, so maybe the bathroom could be checked and maintained better.

This hotel is strategically located, with lots of food stalls, and close to the mall. The staff are friendly and the check-in/out process is fast. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The downside is the water heater isn't hot enough (just warm), and the hair dryer only lasts a few minutes, then turns off for a few minutes, and then turns back on for a few minutes (perhaps it's been set). My family and I were in 3 rooms. My son happened to have finished swimming, washed his hair, and wanted to dry it, so he had to move from room to room because his hair was long. I didn't take the breakfast menu.

Nice Hotel, clean & spacious. For breakfast minus sausages, cereals, and milk... only that. Please add a gym facility and roof top cafe... that would be perfect 👍

I wrote this review while still staying at this hotel. The exterior has been renovated. The room interiors are still relatively nice and clean. Breakfast at this hotel is varied for its class and tastes good. The hotel staff is very helpful, and the spacious parking lot made parking and drop-off easy. I recommend this hotel for a layover and a short break before continuing your journey. It's worth the price.

The hotel is strategically located, close to Lippo Mall Batu and Arief's delicious meatballs. It's comfortable and has a great view. Check-in service needs to be improved, as the wait time can be quite long.

The hotel staff is nice and friendly, the only facility is a swimming pool but the water is cold, the breakfast has quite a lot of variety, the room is quite nice and comfortable, the TV is not a smart TV so there are some TV channels but there are none.
