My room didn't have a refrigerator, even though the room amenities list listed one. I requested one, but the hotel only vaguely agreed. The phone number provided was not the hotel's contact number.

The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, perhaps even more so than some 5-star hotels. This was my first time staying at a hotel that provided water and fruit for guests to eat in the car before departure. The staff were all ethnic minorities, spoke excellent English, and were very attentive and polite. I will definitely return the next time I visit Sapa.

The staff is lovely, takes care of the guests very well. I am very satisfied with my time at the hotel. The location is convenient, walking distance to the center. Besides, I don't need to go far to hunt clouds. Because the view with the balcony is so great ♥️

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean, the facilities are complete, there is an iron, kettle, bathrobe, rubber slippers for the bathroom and warm slippers for the room, amazing ❤, I will definitely stay there again when I return to Sapa.

Good facilities, the hotel has a nice balcony view. Enthusiastic and attentive staff. Waiting for the car, they offered hot tea, and when they returned, they also gave me a gift. I was supported to check in early. Diverse cuisine from buffet, pho, fruit... Support to buy cable car tickets, next time I have the chance, I will come back here

I really love it here and enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and all staff are really friendly and kind. The service is super recommended. They even gave me a bag of mineral water, yogurt, & banana at my check-out time. I also had massage service here and it was so good. I'd love to be back again.
