Every time we went for breakfast, an electric buggy transported us to the beach. The Cherry Blossom restaurant offered a wide selection of breakfast options. The food was delicious. The pool next to the resort looked beautiful, but the water had a strong chlorine smell. Even after swimming, the chlorine smell lingered on my skin. The beach area was still littered with trash and smelled bad. When my tire was punctured by a nail, I asked the receptionist and a nearby mechanic for a number, but they didn't answer. I asked the security guard for another number, but it was unavailable. I asked the electric buggy driver, and they told me to take it to the garage. When I asked if the garage was nearby, they said it was far. No one asked if we needed any further assistance, even though we were just a mother and daughter. The resort should pay more attention to providing other services to guests, as this area is far from the city center. It's very difficult for guests when the resort acts like this, neglecting them completely.
