The staff were very friendly and always smiling. If I come to Sembalun again, I will definitely stay at Nusantara again.

The location of the hotel is very good, Rinjani is clearly visible in the morning. The food is okay. For input, the paving roads can be cleaned from moss because when I went there during the rain I almost fell and slipped because the moss was slippery

The hotel is very nice, the facilities are okay and complete, there is a hair dryer too (rarely provided by other hotels). It's just that the staff needs to be more communicative in interacting with guests. The food is standard, there are choices of fried rice/fried noodles/boiled noodles.

Everything is good, only the food is not varied and also a bit different from 2 years ago when I went there.
