3 bedroom villa, strategic location in front of Jatim Park 2, 200m cm. The villa is very clean in the housing complex and the guard (Pak Drajat) is extraordinarily friendly and responsive to the needs of his guests. I stayed at Villa Gracia for 2 nights. The beds were not really clean, I could not see whether the latest guests kept it clean or not because the bed covers mostly came in dark colors. As soon as I began to rest, I could feel my back and arms skin were itching and became red. There are 2 bathrooms but the toilet flush at one of them did not work, also the water heater sometimes did not work even though the villa keeper finally came the next day to fix it. The only things that made my day were free coffee, sugar, and instant noodle in the kitchen. But still I think that I paid too much for not-quite-good facilities there.

stay 4 February 2019. 1 night. clean, neat house. cable tv okay. WiFi is there but it doesn't try. the rooms are quite large especially those in the back. when a small park is inside. kitchen tools are quite complete. the fridge is okay. there is tea, coffee, instant noodles. early morning org sell food. the bathroom is 2. the front of the toilet is rather problematic, it can't be used because it slowly drops but the hot water is okay. the bathroom behind the hot water is problematic. fit. the ceiling is quite high so the air is cooler. house keeper pak Drajat + wife friendly and swift to help. very close to JTP 2. recommendations for staying overnight. thx

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are fast response for our complaint and fix it soon. The villa itself is near jatim park 2 around 5 minutes walking. It can be easily accessed by online taxi like grab or gojek. The villa is big with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately the noises from neighbor villa guests can be heard from the bedroom in the backyard; the villa consists of two buildings (the main building + 1 main bedroom) which are separated by a small garden. The door must be closed to muffle the noise.

Clean and nice house, very close to East Java Park 2 and BNS, WiFi and hot water run smoothly, there are only constraints on clogged toilets and broken dining chairs, others okay.
