Spacious, cool room, beautiful view.

We were the only ones staying there. After 9 p.m., there were no staff on duty. The location is quite good, as it's close to Jatim Park 3 and the culinary scene.

The overall experience of staying here was very pleasant. The hotel facilities were complete, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service from all staff was friendly, responsive, and professional, making guests feel valued. As a suggestion, the hotel could perhaps pay more attention to the details of room cleanliness, especially in areas often overlooked during the cleaning process. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and quite good at an affordable price, the food is delicious, with a choice of Javanese fried rice, Hong Kong fried rice, pecel, coffee, and tea. The maintenance of facilities such as window slots and night lights needs to be improved. Overall, it's okay.

The bathroom was full of ants, the dinghy was full of ants plus the floor below the dinghy was wet and slippery. There were also cigarette butts that hadn't been cleaned. Then when I first entered the room, even though I chose an expensive one with AC, it smelled of cigarettes. It seemed like the previous guests had violated the guest house's policy of not smoking in the room, so the room I booked smelled of cigarettes. The cafe also didn't meet my expectations. Even though I had an appointment with a friend to meet up there, it turned out they didn't provide any food or snacks at all, there was only tea and black coffee as drinks. Plus the breakfast food was not decent, the fried rice was cold and the rice was mushy again, like it had been cooked since dawn and not cooked again when it was about to be served. If you really cook for all the guests, the fried rice should be heated up first before giving it to the guests.. so it wouldn't be mushy and have a lot of steam, so it ended up like plain rice. Please pay attention to all of that, because honestly I'm disappointed, I've paid 500 thousand, but there are many disappointing things.

A quiet place to spend the night, but due to my ignorance, I chose a guesthouse that was far from the tourist destination I wanted to go to.

Friendly staff, spacious room, cool guest house area, breakfast choices are fried rice and pecel, taste quite good. Dining area on the rooftop. Suggestions for cleanliness for the front area of the upper room should be improved and clothes hangers should be provided in the room. The rest is satisfactory, according to the price.

The place is actually nice, but some things need to be fixed. Like the water tap is not strong enough, the hot water takes a long time to come out. But the staff are very friendly and responsive, so it's okay: it's worth the price.
