Very comfortable and affordable hotel

The hotel doesn't match the photo, you have to climb the stairs to the room and it's strange that the deposit has to be in cash, IDR 50,000. If you can't transfer it to the staff personally, we gave them a CC and it was rejected. The menu price is different from the one listed. For a rate card like this, you can still get a 3-star hotel and there's no phone number, the WA that was given is slow to respond.

for the employees are quite friendly, only for the hotel there is no elevator for visitors (not friendly for the elderly or disabled) visitors who bring suitcases will be quite difficult, to go to the lobby you have to climb the stairs first, then climb the stairs again to the dining area, climb the stairs again to the room area, while there are 3/4 floors. Then from the cleanliness there is still a lot of dust on the floor, table and knick-knacks in the room. The mattress is very uncomfortable, the mattress springs have sunk, making the body ache when resting. For the food is also ordinary from the taste is not delicious, the appearance is not attractive, and the food choices are limited.

The place is indeed nice and the facilities are also good for such a cheap price, but there is something that is not comfortable, namely it is a bit noisy so the sound from outside can be heard clearly inside, which makes it uncomfortable because it is not very soundproof.

The food needs to be improved, everything else is ok.

All room types, not just the executive rooms, should be renovated. The hotel's interior should also be renovated, as the hallway on the second floor still feels spooky. The small and uncomfortable twin beds should no longer be used. However, the service is excellent, especially the fast-responsive and responsive receptionist. If the facility improvements are comprehensive, this hotel can compete with more up-to-date hotels in the surrounding area. Good job to all crew, and thank you.

It's quite good even though it's an old hotel but it's been renovated and the interior is also quite comfortable like a hotel in general. Breakfast is also quite good and in the morning before 7 am breakfast is ready

The manager 👎 did not respond quickly to complaints from guests, only promised to call, until my ticket was forfeited, there was no good response.

Pros: The hotel is near to the city center and square, it has good accessibility and surrounded by fast food retail chain kiosks plus it's just a few meters away from a city mall. The hotel stands on an old building, the ambience is quite strong, but thanks to spacious rooms & well-functioning aircon. Cons:- The Wi-Fi is not well connected, surely needs an improvement.- Limited breakfast menu options. Summary: For a hotel budget in its price range and in a prime location, the staying experience is reasonable 😉

The hotel staff is very friendly. The service is good. Highly recommended for those who want to stay here. Have stayed here many times but it never disappoints.

The table needs to have an electrical outlet added. There is a coffee maker but the plug is on the bedside table for coffee and laptops.
