I swear it was scary, it didn't match the photos. I left immediately after seeing the room and looked for another hotel.

The apartment is quite spacious, clean, and the infinity pool is surprisingly nice. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. It's very close to the city center and perfect for families.

Mayan C is a transit AC, but the bathroom fan is noisy.

The room was incredibly dusty, and the floor was dusty, as if it hadn't been tidied in a long time. The cupboards were peeling and dusty, the toilet was rusty, and the floor was flooded. Mold was growing on the walls in several places. The AC was hot and leaked ice cubes, and the room was full of red ants even though there was no food, and even ants were climbing onto the basket. Overall, it was uninhabitable.

The room was clean, with all the amenities of a five-star hotel. It was very comfortable, strategically located, and satisfying. The price was affordable. The downsides were the water heater and air conditioning.

The service was quite good, just a standard hotel for sleeping. There's a swimming pool on the 30th floor, though I didn't have time to try it.

Staying at Star Apartment by Star Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms are clean, comfortable, have beautiful city views, are in a strategic location, the staff is friendly, and the check-in process is easy, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Note: Housekeeping should refrain from knocking on the door before the checkout time, as it can disturb guests and make them uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly, but the toilet and shower faucets weren't working properly. The room was clean enough, and the bathroom was outside.

The condition of the room facilities needs to be improved, from the mattress and others, but the view is really the best.

When I checked in, there was no one in the lobby; it looked like a warehouse. The lobby chairs were worn out. There were no tea and coffee facilities, as listed. Even mineral water had to be ordered from a WhatsApp group.

My stay at the Star Hotel Semarang was quite enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and the nighttime views of the city lights were beautiful. However, the room amenities were still inadequate and need to be improved to maximize the experience.

In terms of service, it's actually good, but I think comfort and cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathroom.

Parking is difficult to access, the rooms are poorly maintained, the bathrooms smell bad, and the facilities need improvement. The TV has no sound, and when I asked for repairs, no technician was available. Access to the apartment is confusing.

Totally comfortable, I'll stay again next time. It's close to everywhere, and the facilities are comfortable.

The room was pretty good for the price. It was clean, and the air conditioning was cool. The location was great, close to the mall, so you could go there if you were bored.
