1.) The problem of this guest being uncomfortable with our staff is not because the AC is broken, because we just serviced the AC and there is no problem with the AC.
Before this guest entered, the same room had been used by other guests before and was fine, no complaints about the AC.
2.) The real problem of this guest is that this guest is angry because our staff doesn't allow this guest to bring 3rd and 4th person to stay without extra charge.
When rejected, the guest feels angry with the reason that other hotels allow rooms to be used by 3-4 people at no extra cost, which in our opinion is impossible because standard hotel rooms around the world have an occupancy of 2 people.
If more than that will be charged an additional fee.
We do not know whether this guest does not understand the hotel occupancy regulations / intends to smuggle guests more than the applicable occupancy
If this guest is used to filling 3-4 people without paying an additional fee, this means that this guest is used to sneaking additional people into the room.
3.) CCTV cannot be opened carelessly by staff, because only the manager has the right to open CCTV, not the receptionist.
So the problem is that guests feel uncomfortable with our staff because their wishes are rejected so that it makes guests angry, not an AC problem
It's true that the saying customer is king, but we only king customers who also respect our business.
