Dirty sheets, AC not cold, no towels.

It doesn't match the one in the photo, the sheets are really dirty, ask for towels not to be given even though they say they will be delivered. Ac is not cold. The cleanliness is lacking, because there are leftover noodle dishes that are not thrown away in the electric kettle. It's cheap, but I don't want it the second time.

- Harus menunggu lama saat check-in dan check out karena resepsionisnya tidak stand by. Padahal saya check in - out di jam yang sudah ditentukan.- Kamarnya tidak terawat sama sekali. AC nya tidak bisa dingin, TV tidak bisa nyala, WiFi tidak bisa tersambung ke internet, sprei kasur sangat kotor (masih ada noda yang belum hilang) padahal warna sprei abu-abu, dinding kamar terkelupas, lemari baju bolong dan ada bekas rayap. Untung kamar mandi masih bersih dan air hangatnya juga masih berfungsi.- Lokasi kurang strategis karena mencari makan harus delivery (tidak ada resto di sekitar gedung) dan bising karena berada dipinggir jalan tol.- Gambar di aplikasi sangat jauh dari ekspetasi, kalau tahu begini saya lebih memilih menginap di hotel sekalian.- Saya tidak akan lagi menginap di Appartel lagi, saya sudah kapok.

Pelayanannya kurang dan airnya mati, listrik juga mati. Dan beberapa staf nya pun kurang membantu. Kecewa dengan harga segini untuk sekelas OYO terlalu mah. Spreinya pun gak diganti ganti sampe coklat banget. Intinya bener bener kurang memuaskan dengan harga segitu.

Sprei dan bantal kotor/lusuh. AC tidak dingin. Minta ganti kamar keadaannya juga sama. Perlengkapan semacam gelas, air minum atau sabun mandi juga tidak disediakan. Diitanyakan dapat jawaban memang tidak menyediakan. Pengalaman sebelumnya pilih apartemen karena perlengkapan lebih lengkap dibanding hotel, bisa masak mie instan, bikin kopi. Di sini sudah sempat beli bahan malah gak terpakai. Pokoknya kapok dan tidak akan ke sini lagi.
