Cleanliness needs to be improved

The staff is not friendly, the water is very small and it's hard to flush when you go to the bathroom, breakfast comes late and people like to knock on the door.

Directly in front of the beach. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Lokasi mantaap, fasilitas mumpuni, toilet juga cukup bersih. Cuma sarapannya aga kurang 😆 tp buat harganya dan lokasinya yang beneran belakang pantai, udah oke banget.

Kamar depan persis pantai, anak saya senang sekali namun yang perlu diperbaiki adalah kebersihan kamar mandi dan yang paling penting air. Air keluarnya kecil sekali apalagi kami liburan keluarga ditepi pantai pasti lebih sering main pasir. Sehingga membutuhkan air bersih lebih banyak. Tolong manajemen hotel perhatikan hal ini agar pelayanan lebih baik lagi.

Dari pertama datang masuk kamar mandi ga ada air alasan lagi diisi. Kami tinggal jalan sekitaran pantai selama kurleb 2 jam. Dan kembali kekamar. Masih aja belum ada air. Untuk traveloka tolong dong. Penginepannya yang nyaman minimal air mengalir dengan deras. Saya ngerti ini adalah musim liburan panjang. Dengan harga 600rb kondisi seperti ini sangatlah kecewa buat kami. Gak sesuai harga 🤔. # air baru mengalir saat ini semoga besok pagi jika mau kekamar mandi ga harus komplain lagi ga ada air.

Tidak jadi nginep pas lihat kamarnya banyak kecoa.

Secara garis beras ini adalah wisma jadi jauh berbeda dengan hotel bintang, room yang terbaik adalah menghadap pantai, perlu di tingkatkan kebersihan nya, terutama kemarin sempat bertemu beberapa kecoa, di kamar mandi umum 2 (sudah mati). Area pantai di sekitar tergolong cukup banyak sampah, mungkin kalau ada dinas Kebersihan di sana bisa jadi lebih baik. Dan untuk pengunjung juga jangan bawa makanan di area pinggir pantai supaya terjaga lebih bersih.

Untuk kamar baik, suara tidak kedap, terdengar bunyi ombak sampai ke kamar. Air sempat mati, tapi segera ditangani. Akses langsung ke pantai, namun cenderung kotor pantainya.

Mantap puas recommended banget. Bisa jadi langgangan kalo ke citepus.

Liburan yang menyenangkan banget. Pasti kesini lagi kalo lagi kangen pantai. Room nya di pinggir pantai. Anak anak happy banget. Biarpun room nya kecil. Tapi oke lah ya. AC dingin. Superior a 01 best view. Thank you.

There are no blankets, and the toilet can't be closed properly.

Staff is friendly but the room smells smoke, the door cannot locked and most terrible is no running water for taking a bath.

Prices and facilities are not appropriate. Inside room near the warehouse. Dirty and dark.

The hotel is good. Coincidentally, I'm in type A number 3, so I open the door straight to the beach, there are only 5 broadcast TVs, the AC isn't cold, it's also off and the timer has been set but it's still off, only 1 plug.

When it comes to recommendations for lodging, it's good with a beach front view, only for cellphone plugs that are broken, so they can be repaired.

Menginap si tipe B. Air hangat ada terus. Kamar mandi bersih. Kondisi dinding ada gompal. Remot TV rusak jadi harus manual. Colokan hanya ada 1 saja. Luas kamar seperti kos-kosan. Handuknya banyak robek seperti lusuh. Disediakan sabun, shampo & sikat gigi. Lokasi jalan sedikit ke pantai. Springbed sisa per nya aja, gak terasa busanya lagi. 400 ribu dapet sarapan (nasi goreng + teh tawar hangat). Menurut saya kemahalan ya untuk harga menginapnya.

The bathroom door doesn't have a lock, the shower water is small, the air conditioner is cold, the TV is byarpet, the overall place is nice.

AC is not cold, just wind, door handle is too hard. Smelly bathroom. With the price listed, very dissatisfied.#Room A no. 1.
