It was good! Room clean, meals good but you may add more options, facilities good. Overall it was great!!

My favorite hotel when I go to Lembang.

This is my 4th time staying here. Recommended if you are in Dilembang. Next time I will definitely stay here again.

I think it's okay if we spent a day to escape from reality. I got a best view in my room, the air of Lembang and anything more than that. But, unfortunately, the internet still might be a concern since I stayed, I cannot connect right through Wi-Fi.

The windows in executive room 617 are not sealed, so the cold wind from outside automatically comes in.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the variety of food for breakfast was very limited.

The best, I think if I go to Bandung I will come back to this hotel.

The location is excellent, very strategic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast menu is not extensive and varied, but the taste is standard. My stay was a bit disrupted because I was suddenly woken up in the middle of the night by a loud banging noise, but I couldn't pinpoint the source.

The hotel was clean and fragrant. The food was standard and lacked variety. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Hopefully, there will be changes to the menu and breakfast variety in the future. We didn't regret staying here with the family, especially as the kids loved playing in the pool. Snacks were available in the pool area at a reasonable price, even though they're on the hotel grounds.

The food lacks variety and tastes very standard. Improve the taste and add more breakfast options if possible. Cleanliness is very satisfactory, and the staff are very responsive when needed. The hotel also smelled good when we arrived. We were a bit nervous because some reviews said the rooms were not clean. But thank God, we booked four Executive Queen rooms, and all were clean and fragrant. Please continue to improve the cleanliness of the hotel, and we were truly satisfied with our stay here. A plus point is the affordable snacks near the pool area, so it's not a burden for hotel guests. Thank you.

The breakfast menu lacks variety, especially the main dishes, with only capcay and chicken available. The rest of the menu is fine, especially the ambiance and the excellent room size.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is strategically located on the roadside. The room is very clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and there is a refrigerator that can make ice cubes. Coffee, tea, sugar, and other amenities are also complete. However, the TV is not big enough and there are not many options. Because I already have a cellphone, the TV is only for sound. The bathroom is also clean and well-equipped. For breakfast, perhaps it could be a bit of a complaint because it is a bit lacking in variety, and the taste is just so-so. The menu and taste of breakfast could be improved. However, the view during breakfast was really nice because the breakfast is located on the 7th floor.

For a 3-star hotel, it's okay. Good, friendly service, and a standard breakfast. It's a shame the hotel is large but poorly maintained. There's no restaurant, only open for breakfast. 🥹

Absolutely the best.. Cheap, spacious, clean rooms. CS is also fast. Next time I go to Bandung, I have to stay here again 🥰
