It's almost perfect, but the problem is that there's no Wi-Fi in every room. That's all. Hopefully, when we come back here, we'll have Wi-Fi in every room.

The room was clean and spacious, with the furniture predominantly made of rattan, making it look dated, but it was clean enough. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was very poor and lacked variety. I think it's better to eat out.

I really appreciate Puncak Inn for still employing elderly staff. There's no electric kettle, but upon check-in, they gave me a thermos that held up pretty well. There's no coffee or tea, but that's still okay... I got room 204, which is pretty close to the pool. The view is great and the air is really cool. Breakfast is pretty standard.

The staff wasn't very friendly, and their WhatsApp response time was slow. The phone in the room didn't work, and there was no TV remote. The walls were peeling, and there was no mineral water.

The view from the hotel balcony is addictive, it really calms the mind, you can have a deep talk with your husband, every time I go to Puncak I always stay at this hotel and never look for another hotel.
