The hotel's location is strategic because it is on the main road, the rooms are clean, the staff service is good, the food is quite good. Overall it's ok.

A comfortable and pleasant hotel. Close to public transportation, the food is delicious and has a wide variety.

This is my second time staying here, and I'll be back because it's so comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety, I really love it. The dining area is also connected to the playground and swimming pool, so after breakfast you can take the kids straight to the playground or go swimming. I also tried the buffet & grill in the evening, and the food was pretty good. I'll definitely be back here 💕

The staff were all friendly, the food was delicious, and the rooms and bathrooms were nice. It was nice to have two access keys, making it easier to get in and out even if someone else was still in the room.

Good experience but my request to have 1 single bed wasn’t fulfilled as they said already occupied. What come 1st is served 1st right? One last thing is the outdoor which have bean bag and playground for the kids, seems they did not put any sign for “no smoking” and there are few people that smoke in the area, i’m not sure the staff aware of the smoker or not.

Yesterday I tried the Nusantara buffet with Betawi specialties. The food was delicious, lots of choices, yes there was live music, the room was okay and the service was amazing because this hotel can understand the wishes of the guests who stay. Continued success Horrison Ciledug

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here, at first it was really fun, then I got addicted to staying here because it is close to home, there are lots of snacks around the house, the food is really varied, the swimming pool is good for kids, if it is healing, this would be a recommendation

I checked out late at night, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, showing both professionalism and genuine friendliness. One of the staff also kindly reminded me to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant through the room phone and took the time to confirm whether I wanted to extend my stay or check out, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean, and the food was delicious with a good variety of options. I had a great experience here and would definitely love to stay again in the future.
