The staff is very enthusiastic and attentive but the infrastructure in my opinion is a bit poor compared to the 4-star level. Breakfast buffet does not have many options.

Good service, enthusiastic staff, fun. There are swimming pool, gym, ... nice, cozy, modern rooms. Breakfast is available in the afternoon when rooms are served with fruit. Convenient location, easy to find near the highway, near the center, big c, supermarket, ... nice room view. Experience worthy.

Very good, professional staff, dedicated service

Impressed with the hotel reception staff, always smiling and very caring customer support, all my requirements are met. Since I was in Muong Thanh Bac Giang in the area, I can compare the service of Ravatel Inn better. Although the room is small, the hotel does not smell the perfume fragrance, food is not really rich and delicious but I like the receptionist and will come back next time.
