We have a good sleep because of the electric heater under our bed sheet. Great comfort in the cold weather. I wonder why this feature has never been exposed as a main selling point. Also, when we want to book a sleeper bus ticket to go back to Hanoi, we are using our online apps, but we find that the dates we want are running out (empty/grayed). We ask for help from the hotel, and the staff (also the family from the hotel owner) help us get a ticket, with no extra fee, even a little cheaper compared to the price shown in online apps, and the bus picks up at our hotel. No need to walk to the meeting point. The hotel also provides bike rent for 110.000 VND, excluding gasoline (gasoline pump station is only 600 meters from this hotel). The hotel is near Sapa market. Plenty of authentic food that may never have been seen on ordinary traveler eyes, so strategic. Near ATM for withdrawing money, near a restaurant who have mixed fried rice option, laundry 24/7 using credit card, near food and body massage. Overall: five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay.

My first impression of this hotel was its incredible convenience and comfort. Located near the city center, I didn't have to worry about transportation—everything was just a few minutes away.

Cheap room but good quality. Spacious room, balcony, less than 1km from the center, near Sapa market, convenient to travel. The hotel owner and his wife are enthusiastic, will book a room here again if I have the opportunity to come to Sapa.

Really helpful staff. It was cold heating limited to bed so the room is still cold. No elevator to 3rd floor.
