I often book at Traveloka, but this time I am not satisfied enough to rent a villa in the santibis. We see the options for villa rentals, the facilities are good. But when we arrived at the villa, it turned out the room was not as expected, and cleanliness was lacking (in some places there was rat droppings). Finally, the villa management provided a choice of other villas with more facilities and requested an additional fee of 200 thousand. In the new villa the facilities are quite adequate, but the villa management's response is not fast enough. As in the villa there were no dispensers and electricity went off at dawn. When we contacted the villa manager, no one came.
