Our stay at Ayani Hotel was very enjoyable. All the staff were friendly, informative, and very helpful when needed. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. I loved the ayam tangkap (chicken catch), rujak buah (fruit salad), and kacang bakar (roasted peanuts). Best of luck to Ayani Hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, clean bathroom with hot water, but the water flow was too far, and the toilet flush wasn't strong enough. I stayed for 2 nights, but the food menu remained the same.

The hotel is well located and well equipped. Although Banda Aceh had limited electricity and connectivity, I rarely experienced any power interruption during my 4-day stay. If any power cut, it was no more than a minute. The Wi-Fi was also quite strong and it helped me in doing my work. The staff were very helpful. What I also like is the spacious room and alleys, so I didn't feel claustrophobic.

I was a little disappointed with the restaurant staff.. who did not allow 10 year old children to eat.. (charged) even though 10 year olds don't eat much.. so please hotel management should also rethink in implementing the policy regarding breakfast for children.. in fact 4-5 star hotels are more flexible.. I think once I go to Hotel A Yani is enough.. Hermes and other hotels in Banda Aceh are still more flexible Regarding food for children.. please don't be so rigid in the future, Boss.

In terms of location, Ayani Hotel is very strategic, located around the culinary center area of Banda Aceh. The staff are very friendly, very helpful. For standard type rooms, it's ok. Clean, neat, and of course prayer mats and mushaf are available. What needs to be improved is probably the breakfast. The main course needs to be improved and is not very varied, for a 3-star hotel with that price it's not worth it. For the side dishes, they are delicious, especially the cakes and snacks.
