Highly recommended villa! 1. The place is clean and tidy. 2. The cooking utensils are very complete. 3. All the facilities are functioning well. 4. Recommended villa, clean, good view, strategic place.

Nice view, especially from the balcony. The villa is spacious and clean. The guards are friendly and quick to respond when anything is needed. The advice is that there is a guard who is ready at the unit when it is close to check-in time. Overall everything is good.

The villa owner's attitude was less than pleasing to us! We as consumers pay not cheap either. There is no harm in being friendly to consumers.

Very clean nice view there is hot water very comfortable atmosphere the price fits in the bag. The owner is very friendly and there are all home supplies. The most important rooms are 4 bathrooms, all clean. The point is really a sip. My family was very happy and asked next time to Batu city to stay here again. Thank you to the villa owner.

Location near JP 2. But the entrance to Panderman Hill is quiet and dark. The housing environment is poorly maintained. Nearby neighbors are empty villas (unless there are those who rent). Cleanliness of the villa is okay. The room is quite spacious. There is a gazebo and a top balcony. Cutlery is quite complete, but no dishcloths, toilet paper and aqua gallon are provided (aqua gallon must replace itself because there are no guards at the villa). The sink faucet in the bathroom in the room is dead. Conclusion, with a price of 1.3 million, this villa is quite okay if it's just for sleeping. Weaknesses, no wifi. Only 3 bathrooms, and all downstairs. And the indomie was only provided with 6, coffee 3 sachets, tea bag 6 (even though it was capacity for 12 people).
