First time in Jakarta and staying here. Not bad for a night's sleep. A few criticisms, such as a drawer that wasn't installed and a flooded bathroom floor.

The trash smells really bad, and it looks like the accommodation is not being looked after.

Many of the facilities were broken, and the room was dirty, smelling musty, and the sheets hadn't been changed. The bathroom, especially, looked like it hadn't been cleaned. It was so gross. I was forced to stay here because of its strategic location and relatively cheap price.

Only suitable for stopovers, transit, and backpackers...but not suitable for families. Motorcycle parking is limited and there are no car parking facilities. There's only one very thin pillow, and no towels are provided. The location is close to Sarinah and the price is affordable.

Close to the city center, but for the price paid, the room atmosphere feels lacking.

Good Location and Excellent price. But low price shouldn’t be an excuse for room cleanliness; Tower was dirty - i asked for a replacement but staf said it was still in the laundry. There is a cafe in ground floor, but most of the menu are unavailable, making you questions their seriousness to open a Cafe in the first place 😅

The accommodation was okay. For that price, you certainly shouldn't expect much, but overall, everything exceeded my expectations :D I only had a few complaints, the main ones being the very thin pillows (luckily I was staying alone), the dust accumulating behind the bed, and the TV not working. The rest was okay: fast service (too fast, in fact), good location (but disturbed by the noise from the padel court), and decent facilities.

The water went out in the morning.... the guards were not very careful.

The experience at Awal Checkinn was actually very annoying,... I arrived at the hotel at 10.00, understandably, I couldn't check in yet.. because it had to be at 14.00, so the mosque was getting ready for Friday prayers. At 13.50.. I asked the staff again... can I check in yet?? He firmly answered.. I had to wait at 2 o'clock sharp before I could... oh my God... only 10 minutes short.... how come there's no discretion... even though I was staying for 3 nights. and the last night I checked out at 22.45 because I had to go to the airport... well.. there was still time left around 14 hours for Checkout time.., but for the others I think it's good, the location and facilities are okay

The room is comfortable but there are lots of ants in the room

The room is not soundproof enough, you can hear the door opening and closing in the next room, otherwise it's not bad

The admin staff was unfriendly, I wanted to take a shower but the water was off. The bathroom lights were hard to turn on, and the electricity suddenly went out, and the token ran out at dawn. The place was dirty and smelly.

Perfect for transit, safe, comfortable, with coffee shops and in the heart of Jakarta, perfect for those who want to do CFD.
