The hotel is not suitable for long-term stays or large groups. Room amenities are poor (a four-person room only has two single blankets, two toothbrushes, and the staff didn't provide enough towels and toiletries). The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, making it very hot. We complained to the hotel but received no response. Staff only work until 5 PM. After that time, it's impossible to know who to contact for assistance. There's no parking lot; you have to leave your car outside, and even at night, there's no one to watch it. While we didn't expect much, the price wasn't cheap, and the service received wasn't commensurate. The only positive is its proximity to the city center.

The room was like a prison cell, completely enclosed and very stuffy. Inside, it was incredibly smelly and dirty. It was nothing like the pictures posted; I've never seen a room this horrifying. Everyone should avoid it!

The owner and staff were very enthusiastic. The room was clean, spacious, and airy, with a balcony overlooking the street for a relaxing atmosphere. Self-check-in was very comfortable; the space felt like home, and I was very pleased with the ambiance. However, the room wasn't set up very well; there were no bedspreads or decorative pillows, the bathroom lights didn't turn on, and I had to ask the hotel for towels. I hope the hotel will take my feedback into account to improve the facilities. I'll definitely support them again next time. Everyone should try it!

The owner is very cute, it would be better if there was a hair dryer.

The room is not as pictured, the surroundings are noisy, can't sleep. You should consider before booking. Because of the rush, I didn't read reviews from previous guests. Even though the price is cheap, the picture shouldn't be different from reality!

In the central area (HBT Walking Street) although it is the innermost alley. The room is cramped, the minimum equipment is poor (the sink is cracked and about to break, the room is not clean), the service is poor (the air conditioner is broken, the remote control is called all night before but it is not available, the next day the squ reported it for the 3rd time before coming to check) The price on holidays is more than 3 times more expensive.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff

It was raining and windy, so when I caught a taxi to check in, the hostess calmly called out the room, so I went up to cancel it for her. Even though I booked and paid a week in advance. Luckily, traveloka enthusiastically supported me to find another place to stay.

It's a homestay, not a hotel, the area behind the hospital is a boarding house, not clean

The motel is old, not good... I have stayed in many hotels and have never had a place like that. I advise everyone not to come.

Đặt phòng trên app rồi mà tới khi đến nhận phòng thì không đúng 2h nhận phòng …chủ còn kì kèo bắt tối 6h mới được lấy phòng …nên tránh nhà nghỉ này ra nha mn ơi …chưa bao giờ thấy chẹck in trễ rồi mà chủ còn bắt khách check in sớm là 11h phải trả phòng ..dịch vụ rất tệ …quá thất vọng và sẽ khoong bao giờ đến nhà nghỉ sh này 1 lần nữa

Chị chủ oke, nhưng đặc biệt phòng ốc không giống trên ảnh, có hai cơ sở mình đặt hai phòng ở khách sạn, nma mình nhận ở khách sạn 1 còn lại dẫn khách sạn của chị, mình đặt thêm 1 phòng nhỏ ch bạn mình, chu cha mạ ơi một đêm mất trắng không ngủ được, nghe tiếng nước giọt nước tỏng tỏng cả ngày cả đêm. Nên các bạn đặt phòng nên lưu ý nhé. Bị hai lần đặt khách sạn ở Huế đều dẫn đi khách sạn khác ngủ!

Before coming, I was a bit hesitant because the reviews were not very good. But when I stayed here, I was very surprised, all the amenities were too okay, too good for the price, the room was clean, the air conditioner was cool. Everything was good but receiving low reviews is really not worthy. Thank you SH for giving me a wonderful vacation when coming to Hue.

When I came to check in, I called to branch 2, but while it was a different hotel, the room wasn't quite as dirty as in the picture and when I booked the room it was a 1 bed room when I got it back it was a 2 bed room.

The room is reasonable with the price, the bed sheets are clean. Good service, attentive. However, there are not many electrical outlets, inconvenient for guests.
