No breakfast. Room ok, location ok. Lots of Arab food around, and I think it was one of the red-light streets in KL.

Staying here is close to all the culinary spots and also close to Pavilion Mall.

The hotel is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Pavilion and Alor Night Food Street, and a 30-minute walk from the Twin Towers. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. The service is friendly. However, a 100 MYR deposit per room and a 10 MYR tourist tax are required for foreigners.

My stay was amazing. It is close to the crowd. I felt safe to go out alone at night to Bukit Bintang. The mineral water tastes good.

This is my second stay here. The hotel is comfortable and clean, with rooms cleaned daily. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The location is strategically located in the center, close to Jalan Alor and the shops of Bukit Bintang, including the mall. The price per night is also affordable if you book through the app. I really enjoyed my stay here, my favorite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. I will stay here again if I come back to Kuala Lumpur.

Very near to MRT Bukit Bintang Exit A, near to Alor food street (4 min walk). 10 min walk to Pavilion. There were no tea/coffee in the room, but you can take freely at the lobby (which I knew when checking in). First, I got a room with a broken AC, but then they changed my room to a better one. Thank you to the receptionist and maintenance team. Hotel with value for money.

The room was spacious enough for two people plus a small child, and it was still okay. The room and bathroom were clean enough, although there were still glass stains on the table. The staff was friendly and informative, and check-in was quick, taking less than 5 minutes. By the way, the price on the app doesn't include the hotel's tourism tax, so I added another MYR 30 on the spot for a 3-night stay, plus a MYR 200 deposit, which is quite substantial.

Actually, everything was good. But unfortunately, on the second day of my 5-day stay, the air conditioner in my room was leaking. However, they moved me to another room the next morning right away. Hmm… I also didn’t really like the bathroom lighting because it was a bit dizzying for someone with cylindrical eyes like me, hehe. But overall, it was quite good.

The location is excellent — nearby to major shopping spots like Lot 10, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Fahrenheit88 and Jalan Alor, making it very convenient for shopping and food hunting. Reception staff provided good and friendly service throughout the stay. E-hailing services were also very easy to access from the hotel location. Suggested improvement: complimentary bottled drinking water should be provided in the room.
