Overall, I had a pretty comfortable stay at this hotel. I found the location quite good, situated behind Bukit Bintang and still quite close to the Petaling Street area. The hotel itself was comfortable, and all the facilities I used were functioning well throughout my stay.
There were a few minor issues that I felt could be improved. At night, I could sometimes hear the thumping bass from some of the bars around the hotel, even though I was on the 8th floor. For those with noise sensitivity, this might be a bit disturbing.
As for service, the staff at check-in and check-out were quite friendly. However, I think it would have been even more enjoyable if the service could have been a little warmer and more welcoming.
For those with children, I also recommend paying more attention to your route when leaving the hotel at night. It's best to avoid Petaling Street, as it's quite busy and has a lot of nightlife that might not be suitable for children. From the hotel, you can take the road to the right to get closer to the Pavilion area.
Otherwise, I had no major issues during my stay. Overall the hotel is comfortable and quite recommended for those who want to stay in the area.
