Cons: 1. The location is in a busy area, especially on weekends, so many Grab drivers refuse to go to the hotel. 2. There are many food options around the hotel area, but most of the food is dominated by curry. 3. Drinking water is provided, but you have to get it from the lobby or rooftop. 4. There is a small swimming pool on the rooftop and it is next to a communal space where most of the guests smoke. 5. There are 2 elevator accesses, but every time we pass the 5th floor, the elevator always feels unstable. The elevator shook when we were inside. 6. Booked 2 twin bed rooms and all had the same problem, noisy AC. There was even 1 room that had to be switched because the AC was not cold and was still noisy. 7. For the size of the twin bed, the mattress felt quite tight, if not tiny. 8. The bathroom lights are exotic but not aesthetic. The red and blue colors are quite surprising, plus there is no setting to choose another color. 9. The room access card only opens the door after 3 taps. Pros: The shower runs smoothly and is quite strong. The hot water is also good. It's quite pleasant for residents who want to relax after a long day out.

The receptionist was very kind, and when I checked in, the guest gave us information about destinations in Malaysia.

Good choice hotel, if I come back to KL, I will most likely stay at this hotel, because access to everywhere is very close, Pavilion (10-14 minutes) / Alor Street (4-6 minutes), just a few hundred meters walk. If you want to go to Haniffah / Mydin, just take the GO-KL blue line bus from in front of Sephora stop at Munshi Abdullah.

Only missed a cupboard in the room, otherwise all things were good. The main problem is the early check-out. As we came late at night, 12 PM is too early. At least a little bit of margin is required.

The room is quite comfortable. The ceiling is really high. The service is quite fast. The location is really good, near the city center. Needs improvement: Cleanliness needs to be improved. Need an extra bathroom mat because there is no separation between the bedroom and bathroom. Need a deposit when checking in.

It is also conveniently close to Jalan Alor and Saranghae/Sarapan Pagi for a taste of delicious nasi lemak and local food. Overall, it was a very warm and wonderful staycation. The location, cleanliness, and easy access to nearby attractions made our stay truly enjoyable. Definitely a pleasant place to stay in Bukit Bintang!

Close to the culinary center of Jl. Alor.

The room smelled really good and was comfortable enough. However, the towel had dirt on it. We asked for a change, but the second towel also had dirt, though it was better. I hope management addresses this, as the dirt was clearly visible on the towel.

Hotel is at a great location, walking distance to many eateries at Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang MRT, Pavilion etc. A laundromat is just next door at a very affordable price and with wash and fold express service. Room is comfy with cozy lighting and bed. Hotel is kind enough to provide complimentary birthday decor for my birthday guest upon request. Highly recommended!

I'll be making the MOV Hotel my second home while in KL. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's a very good hotel, and I'll be back again.

Sadly, I was not given the free Epsom salt which they said. I asked twice, but nothing was given. Disappointed.

Strategically located hotel, with plenty of dining and entertainment options, close to malls, and easy access. Friendly receptionists. Clean and comfortable hotel, cool air conditioning, and a swimming pool. Recommended.

The location is good and convenient. However, there was no refrigerator or drinking water in the room. Most importantly, the towels were quite old and not very clean, and they had an unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness and quality of the towels in the future.
