unpleasant experience when see the room are not comfy and feel unhygienic... I just ran away from this hotel and move to Phoenix hotel...

Wow, how bad is the place to stay, 1. The rooms are smelly, dirty and not maintained 2. Spraei looks like it hasn't been replaced for a long time, the color is yellow 3. the bathroom lights are off and the water is dead 4. The air conditioner is leaking.

Dirty rooms & linen, shower and faucet water line doesn't maintenance well (blocked), found some cockroach inside the room, mosquitos welcoming you first time get in the room (I need to asking mosquito's spray to get sleep without them keep bothering me), the worst is by the time I shown my booked room there by the application and I was paid for the price then the reception asking for some more payment for Rp.50.000,-. Overall never going and staying this place though!

The most dirty hotel in the world, which is 1 room plan for my subordinates 2 people after seeing the room I immediately looked for another hotel, the room that was planned for me, did not tell my subordinates, I moved to another hotel, towel facilities, soap was also not there , finally I got another hotel that was the same price but much cleaner and more comfortable.

It's a bit old but comfortable and clean. the service is friendly too.

There are animals, then they don't fit the application room. The toilet lights are off and the shower is not working. Anyway very very very disappointing.
