The AC wasn't cold and was noisy, making it hard to sleep. The room wasn't like the picture. The bathroom and bedroom weren't very clean.

The hotel's location is close to a shopping center, and there are food vendors nearby, so finding snacks is easy. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the parking is secure. It's well worth the price.

The place is comfortable, clean, quiet.

Access is excellent, not far from the main road, with good parking for both cars and motorbikes. There's plenty of food nearby.

I just spent two nights at Plaza 54 Residence and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location is perfect, within walking distance to main Kuningan City Mall💖

There needs to be an AC/air cooler at the reception, and additional comfortable seating/sofa by adjusting the available room size. Luggage storage should be made a special room and have a receipt for luggage storage to anticipate lost/exchanged items. The accommodation atmosphere is hot, if the AC is expensive at least increase the number of fans/air coolers to make guests comfortable who stay and need to be made fresh on each floor. The AC in the room needs regular service considering Jakarta is quite hot. It would be better to provide at least 3 hangers in the closet without having to ask the receptionist. The room price is in accordance with the minimal room facilities. There needs to be a cafe to sit and relax, at least for coffee/other drinks. Hopefully Plaza 54 will improve its facilities and services.

The location is very strategic even though it is a little bit in the back street, but it is easy to access the main road.

The bathroom was a problem, the water is black, and also the drain does not properly wash out the water, so when I had a shower, water would be everywhere outside the shower room.
