I always stay at this hotel when I'm working in Jakarta. It's clean, comfortable, affordable, and strategically located. However, the last time I stayed here, I got a downstairs room, and the shower wasn't strong enough. Please fix this.

Why are there so many people playing games/playing on their phones together in front of the hotel? Does the hotel management bother to regulate it? We, the customers, find it annoying to come in and out of the hotel because they're all perched in front of the inner fence.

The location is in an alley. I arrived just past midnight. The nearby alley had already been gated, so I had to go around. The detour was also through a very narrow alley—oh dear. The location isn't convenient because it's in an alley, even though it's in the middle of town. And there's no iron.

The place is in the city center and quite clean, got a 2-door refrigerator so it was very helpful for me who brought a baby who was still on MPASI.
