The location is beautiful, but the service is poor, and the staff are not well-trained. The year-round swimming pool has very cold water. There are very few food options, and there is no play area for children.

First time coming to Melia Ba Vi, the road is a bit winding because it goes up the mountain, you have to buy tickets to Ba Vi National Park, otherwise the experience is great, the room is fully equipped, 4-season swimming pool, calling the electric car is very fast! If you have more straw hats or hats (with logo) for guests to walk to avoid the sun, it will be even better!

Great family vacation, all hotel services make me satisfied. Thank you very much to the front desk and room service for supporting our house during this short trip. Tip for families with young children should call the resort in advance to ask for the weather forecast, sunny weather will be very suitable for fun.

The toilet was slippery, 2 adults in my family fell in the toilet, one was barefoot and the other was wearing slippers. The barefoot person slipped when stepping from the bathtub to the toilet floor, hit his hand on the wooden bar, red-dented and very painful. In addition, the restaurant is slow to serve, order water from the beginning of the meal, but it is not until the customers finish eating and then bring the water out, which at that time was not crowded.
