Don't book because the price is cheap. The customer forgot something and checked the room without even telling the customer. When the customer asked, they said they threw it away. That's it.

I had to book this hotel for an overnight stay due to a delayed flight, and while I usually don’t write such detailed reviews, this experience has left me deeply unsettled, and I feel it’s important to share. I reached the hotel around 12:45 AM. The room I was given looked quite different from the photos online, but I was exhausted and let that go. When I arrived, an elderly security guard came forward to help with my luggage. While assisting me, he suddenly grabbed my elbow and hold me quite tight rubbing the skin in a strange and inappropriate way. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I initially assumed he was just old and maybe confused, so I didn’t say anything. But the moment he noticed the receptionist nearby, he immediately let go of my arm. That behavior felt suspicious and unsettling. Still, I tried to overlook it, telling myself it might have been a misunderstanding. In the morning, while checking out, I even gave the guard a tip out of politeness and respect for his age—hoping maybe I had misjudged the earlier incident. But what happened next confirmed my fear. While helping me put my luggage into the car, the same guard started deliberately squeezing and rubbing my arms in a clearly inappropriate, sexual manner. I was stunned and didn’t know how to react. I was alone, in a hurry, and frankly scared. I truly urge the hotel management to look into this matter seriously and check the CCTV footage, especially during check-in around 12:45 AM and again during checkout in the morning at 4:00 a.m. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated, especially towards solo women travelers. I want to add that the receptionist was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. But the conduct of the security guard was completely unacceptable and left me feeling unsafe. I sincerely hope the hotel takes swift action to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. — A deeply concerned guest

I had the opportunity to stay at My Villa Hotel Airport and was generally satisfied with the experience here. The hotel is located near the airport, very convenient for traveling, especially suitable for those who have an early flight or have just landed in Ho Chi Minh City. I booked a Superior Double Room, priced at about 600K/night. The room was clean, tidy, modern minimalist design, and adequate furniture. The attached photos reflect reality, so you can completely refer to it to have an objective view before booking. The receptionist was friendly, quick to support, and check-in and check-out procedures were very convenient. However, I deducted 1 star due to poor soundproofing, sometimes you could hear noise from the hallway or the next room. The surrounding area is not too bustling, so if you want to eat or shop, you will have to go a bit further, but in return, the hotel is quiet, suitable for resting. In short, with reasonable price, convenient location and good room quality, this is a choice worth considering for business trips or short stops near the airport.

The staff was enthusiastic to change the room but I still checked out, lost money because the quality was not worth it 1. The old air conditioner was noisy like a tractor 2. The room had wooden floors but poor hygiene leading to mold 3. The bathroom was too scary. I haven't used it yet but just looking at it made me want to run away 4. The bed had not been used yet but the curtains and sheets looked like they hadn't been washed for a year 5. The TV was also hung crookedly, the power outlet was exposed, which was unacceptable for someone who is afraid of electricity like me. 6. The curtains were loose and the hooks were falling off. 7. I requested a quiet room but the hotel was located at the corner of a 3-way intersection, so I was given a low floor. The traffic noise was too loud I don't have much travel experience but the quality here is too bad for what I paid for. The hotel should reinvest so as not to lose customers.

Do not recommend it. Why? Early checking. We paid double (2days) because came before six o'clock. It is okay for us but the service is not good at all. 1. Asking for cleaning the room. For the next night, Did not do it. 2. Asking for waters for next morning, need to pay. 3. Refrigrator machine is so noisy. Bothering sleeping.

The hotel placed in a crowded area, and the sound-proofing design is not so good, therefore visitor found it quite difficult to sleep. Other than that, it is good hotel with limit budget and quick stay before your flight.
