Kamar cukup luas namun fasilitas kurang lengkap. Jangan lupa bawa sabun cuci piring dan sponse sendiri jika berencana stay lebih dari 1 hari.

For points * dish soap and sponges, we provide them if requested because we provide a Cleaning Room service which of course also means our housekeeping cleans the entire room including washing dirty plates/glasses in the room. The location is very strategic, outside and basement parking, access to the lobby-room using the elevator, the rooms are also good, the bedroom is separated by a glass separator and multilevel floors. I chose the one with a kitchen set, refrigerator, dining table and microwave. Service is also ok, friendly and welcoming.

initials satisfying, but not maintaining quality. last stay the ac was not cold and the settlement was not satisfactory. we asked to move rooms but the replacement room also didn't cool the air conditioner. then the engineer is also not available, the hotel conveyed that only the day can come ... how can guests stay hot and the next day before check out, will there be an engineer to take care of the ac problem? very unprofessional. not recomended for next stay here again.

Beyond my expectation, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. Very close to Lotte Shopping Avenue and ITC Kuningan, just walk 3 minutes. unfortunately can't just have breakfast, for the others it's really okay.

The room sometimes had a bad smell, it seemed like it was from a sanitary pantry, last night I stayed, smelled bad 3 times. It can make attention. For the room it's actually comfortable. and close to the mall. very strategic. Not comfortable with the smell. thanks.
