Very cool... Near the mall, just walking distance.

The room is big enough for 2 people with 2 big luggages. The location is great, next to Mall Bali Galleria and only 15 minutes to I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. The breakfast is also good, enough to fill in the tummy in the morning. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The only things that we were not happy was the AC and refrigeration were not cold.

stay for 5D4N, and everyday tungau bite my foot while i’m in the bed and use blanket. already request to change bed sheet, but tungau still bite my foot (i sleep with short pajamas) the towel colour was so dirty too, little bit grey (towel colours is white)

Super friendly staff at check in and easy to check in. Room has very large beds which can easily fit up to 6 people for the family loft king.

stayed and checked out the day before the Bali flash flood on September 10th.. I was sad when I saw a lot of news on social media showing the Episode Hotel being hit by floods.. even though the hotel is very nice.. the rooms are big and beautiful.. the location is very strategic.. the staff are friendly.. our family's first experience staying there was very satisfying.. and we have planned to stay there again later... keep up the good work, Episode Hotel.. keep up the good work, Bali.. we are sure your beauty will not be lost just because of the flood.. get well soon.. The place is nice and clean, not far from the city center, and easy to buy necessities.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. Whenever I go to Bali, I always stay at this hotel.

Always stay here because it is close to the airport, mall and in the middle of the city strategic to go anywhere. Breakfast is quite varied and tasty, it's just that it's often crowded and there's a queue. The room is small but enough to sleep and take a shower, don't stay long in the room.

Stayed at this hotel for staycation, several times always satisfying and enjoyable, clean swimming pool, varied breakfast food, friendly staff, clean and fragrant hotel environment. Fast check in check out... Recommend.

The receptionist was gouging the price and the bathroom was just glass, regretted staying at this hotel.

Highly recommended. If I go to Bali again, I will come here.
