Small room, good service, reasonable price

I booked the room for my parents who at age 70+ already. Thus, they have a high demand about their accommodation and Queen Hotel did meet their expectation. New hotel, new room and the location was quite convenience. They could find local food near here since the hotel did not included breakfast service. Maybe Queen should consider to upgrade this field in the future. My parents did have a pleasant time here.

I arrived at the hotel from 9:00 am but was still allowed to check in early and did not have to charge more. The gentle receptionist, cute and enthusiastic; Consultation on outing schedule, helping to book the car very carefully. The room is clean, but the water sink drains slowly. Occasionally the bathroom smells of gasses, but a little bit.

Full facilities, new rooms, but at the time of check-in, it was a bit smelly, the air conditioner was turned on for a while

Clean room, close to the center, every bathroom manhole has no lid so slightly smelly

The hotel is ok, the staff is cute, but the extension of the extra hours is quite unreasonable
