The staff is very helpful and fast. We upgraded our room yesterday and the staff was very quick to process it. There is also massage here, the price is cheaper than outside and it is very comfortable

Hotel wifi is weak, breakfast is not available, only pho and bread. Surcharge for 2 children but 300k per day. Too expensive.

Room was fine- clean But no foot pads in the bathroom. Wear wet slippers to wet out the room

Mọi thứ đều ổn cho tới khi mình phát hiện ra trong phòng có nhiều những con gián nhỏ. Mới đầu chỉ thấy trong tủ, rồi đến nhà tắm, rồi đồ mình để trên kệ tivi cũng bị gián bò qua, và đáng sợ nhất là nhìn thấy gián trên đầu giường của mình. Gọi cho lễ tân báo thì được đổi sang phòng bên cạnh. Nhưng khi kiểm tra thì vẫn có gián, lúc đấy bạn lễ tân bảo phòng này em nghĩ là ít hơn đấy :( nên mình cũng cố ở cho xong, và tối đó mình chỉ giết thêm có 3 con nữa thôi. Mình đã phải trải qua một buổi tối cực tệ tại đây.
