There were cockroaches in the hotel room, the pillowcases had a damp smell as if they weren't completely dry, the toilet door was problematic, it couldn't be closed fully.

The location is easily accessible from both the city center and outside. The staff was relatively pleasant. The room was clean, but there were a lot of cigarette butts on the upstairs terrace/balcony. Furthermore, a family stayed here and the air conditioning wasn't cooling even when set to low. The food was varied and quite tasty. Speaking of price, there's a price, and there's a benefit. Overall, my family and I were satisfied with our stay and vacation here. We'll be back again next time. 😉

The staff was friendly from the start, and the service was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant chairs were worn out, eaten by termites, and needed to be replaced. The restaurant staff serving breakfast might need to adjust their work procedures. It's best for them to take food and snacks when there are no guests. This way, there's no need to scramble for food when there are hotel guests having breakfast. This can be quite annoying. The atmosphere and facilities are excellent. I enjoyed my vacation here. I'll come back again.

We really enjoyed staying at Khayangan Resort... the view is very beautiful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast menu is also varied... God willing, we will come back here again another time.

The service is very good and pleasant

The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is fast. Our complaints were also responded to quickly. However, the room I got was rusty and leaking, the sink was a bit clogged, the AC was not cold, and the water dripped. But this resort is worth recommending. Beautiful beaches, a family vacation spot, and delicious food. The location requires careful searching because the gate doesn't clearly state the name of the resort, but the name of the beach is listed. However, with a digital map, it's very easy to find.

Got the corner room, but the electric kettle didn't seem to have been cleaned, the glass was crusty, and there was no stirring stick. The shower faucet seemed broken, so it should probably be replaced... so far so good.
