However, after reading the entirety of your review, may I express how truly sorry I am for the points you raised and your experience with our front desk receptionists. I was extremely concerned to learn of the attitude expressed by my staff as we pride ourselves on providing a warm Thai welcome and high level of service. I have already passed your comments on to our Front Office Manager so that we can continue to improve our guests’ experiences during their time with us. In additional, I would like to apologize for the areas which did not meet your expectations. I hope that the limited English capabilities of our staff did not overly inconvenience your stay. Our staff are currently going through additional English language courses to improve their communication with guests, and hopefully by your next visit there will be some improvements and you won’t have to worry about any language barriers.
