The food was delicious, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the fried rice was sold out and the chef was just starting to make it. They should have made it before it ran out so it would have been ready when we arrived.

The AC isn't very cold even though it's already 16 degrees Celsius. Some of the curtains are torn.

Everything was good overall. However, when we were checking out, we noticed two reception staff members appearing to talk about us while we were bringing our luggage to the lobby. We may have misunderstood the situation, but it gave us an uncomfortable impression as guests. I believe this is a good opportunity for additional training on guest interaction and professionalism. We're from Bandung and looking for a hotel close to Manado Adventist Hospital because our parents are in critical condition. Based on a friend's recommendation, S Loft was our choice. It's kid-friendly and definitely smoke-free. The food selection is quite good, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a pleasure to stay in a hotel like this. We'll be back again soon.
