I’m staying at B-5-17. Overall, the house is okay and quite comfortable. However, I initially thought there would be a two-burner kitchen stove for cooking, but it turned out to be a small electric stove with only one cooking spot. The kitchen utensils are generally okay, except for the non-stick pan. The coating is already badly worn off and has started peeling, so I think it would be better and safer if the pan could be replaced. I also noticed that there were some ants inside the kitchen utensil drawer, so perhaps the drawer and utensils could be cleaned more thoroughly before the next guest checks in. On the positive side, the customer service is really good. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I was just a little disappointed at the beginning because the check-in details were provided a few minutes later than expected. We were actually rushing to perform Zohor prayer at that time. They were also kind enough to let us enter the house again after we had checked out because we realised that we had accidentally left a wallet in one of the bedroom drawers. Really appreciate their understanding and assistance with this. 🙏🏻 Overall, it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay. Hopefully, the kitchen stove, non-stick pan, and kitchen cleanliness can be improved for future guests. 😊

Overall everything is good except the air conditioner in one room had a water leak, making the room wet.

the information advertised seems off.. it says it has seaside views but instead we got a view of adjecent tower and the building next to our place. no view to see at all but just a "backyard" park at the ground floor.. overall is ok. got all the facilities we need like iron, aircond, hair dryer, washing machine, cooking utensils, free privacy park which is very convenient, and more. it is complete for our needs. for facilities, it is amazing. very convenient if u got a business trip.
