Friendly and responsive service. When there is a problem with the room key, it is immediately reported to the technician and fixed. Breakfast is quite complete, types of rice, lontong, lupis, porridge, cake / bread, fruit, 3 types of drinks. Only the access road is not wide enough, can't make a difference.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful. But for cleanliness, please improve it. 1. The sink was clogged. 2. Yellow and dirty towels (on the first day, on the second day because I complained, they were replaced and so far it's okay). 3. Glasses were stained. 4. The floor was sticky and dusty on the first day. 5. The dressing table was not very clean. For food, good taste. Thank you.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and it's been pretty cool because everything feels different from other hotels around Medan city. The service is quite satisfying, all the hotel staff are friendly, and the facilities are complete. The hotel's location isn't too far from the city center. One thing to note could be the pool water quality. The pool water is too dense, and after swimming, my family and I felt itchy. Maybe consider periodic water replacement and more thorough maintenance for guest comfort. I'll definitely consider coming back to stay here again. Thank you
