the details has to be changed, I booked for four person, only to find out when I arrived at the vicinity, the guards told me that the room only allows three tenants...d**n...

The unit was not really clean well like kitchenwares cannot be used, there were leftover foods in the refrigerator, and no airmatress provided which supposed to be provided coz the unit were for 4 guests.

Beware of this person! The unit owner was the most unaccommodating I've met. She never answered my call and text. There were just girls in the clubhouse who were too kind to help and pointed us to the unit owner. I didn't know you have to be in contact directly to the owner because supposedly after booking someone should have reached out and gave me the instructions but I receive nothing!I'd describe the whole thing if there's no limit of words here.

Too many hassle to enter the condominium. We need to get out of our car first because they need to confirm if we have booked a room. The attendant informs us that the pool is worth 300 pesos to swim so, we got disappointed. But the room is good. They have AC, rice cooker, tv, WIFI and other kitchen utensils. Overall rate for this condominium is 7/10. If given a chance to go back there. I would love too🙂

Staying was great. But it was difficult at first as we were asked to go from one building to another to sign up papers. overall, I had a good time.

Wifi has no internet connection, stove is not working and if we plug it to the outlet everything turn off. The owner is not responsive and does not answer the queries.

The service is very poor. They did not even accommodate us for what we requested. We request for an electric fan because the room is bery hot but they did not provide. They said first the AC condition is not good but ended up giving it to us. We want to cancel the room because what I have read in the description hotel is far true in reality. They don’t even reply or answer for our call. I’ve been to many hotels and condo and this is one is the worst one. I can’t recommend this.

The unit is nice but the owner is mean. We thought we will not pay for extra charge anymore but we payed around 500 on the day that we checked out because we have visitors. They even blame us that we smoked and drink in the fire exit doors. They should also replace their AC because the room is too hot. I booked many times in One Oasis but this time, I am not satisfied.

Place and room is very nice. Yet there's a need to improve airconditioner system.

No wifi. The pillows were so hard that we can't sleep well. The utensils were not properly cleaned.

I highly recommend it. the room already has complete kitchen and dining utensils, dispenser and refrigerator. downside, on the other hand, was that bedsheets doesn't smell that good and there were no bath essentials included. in addition, there were only 2 bath towels provided wherein fact it was stated that the room is good for 4 guests. overall, still pretty amazing especially considering its rate. 👍👍👌

Rooms not yet ready for turn over to new occupant! No cable signal even though we called the attention of caretaker. She can't fix, for all we know, there is actually no cable connection. What's worst is they don't have Internet. Poor service. I would not recommend this place to my office mates and friends.

There was a slight problem because someone just ask for a payment even if we payed online.

The place is nice and clean but what bothers me most is that we landed in a room wherein no internet access or wifi available. :-(
