Phòng ẩm mốc, tôi đã checkout ngay sau khi vào phòng

Mình không hài lòng khi khách sạn yêu cầu trả thêm phí để nâng hạng phòng ngay sát giờ check in với lý do phòng mình đặt hỏng điều hoà. khách sạn có gọi điện đưa ra 2 phương án ( hoàn tiền phòng hoặc trả thêm 100k mỗi đêm để nâng lên phòng cao hơn). Phòng hỏng là sự cố của khách sạn và khách sạn phải tự xử lý thoả đáng cho khách. Mình đi công việc về khá muộn, cảm ơn bạn lễ tân hỗ trợ mình nhiệt tình.

Mọi thứ tốt ngoại trừ việc bố trí phòng ngay tầng trệt cạnh quầy lễ tân và văn phòng làm việc, toilet nên không được riêng tư và thoải mái lắm. Khách sạn không chấp nhận bằng lái xe như nhiều khách sạn khác mặc dù đã thanh toán trước. Lễ tân thân thiện và nhiệt tình!

Do not understand how much time I booked a room before I could not clean the toilet? But check in time 14h. While 21h, I checked in. In return there was a friendly staff member. On the first day, I was too urgent to check, so I received a bad car, a mirror on one side could not be fixed, a helmet was damaged, the projector lamp was nearly damaged, the car suddenly shutdown extremely dangerous. . But when I reported back to the hotel, the next day I received a new car very well, the staff was enthusiastic, not uncomfortable at all.
