For that price, I think what I get is more than enough, starting from the facilities, service to the friendliness of the staff there.

Very uncomfortable, I paid but didn't stay because the room was stuffy, the bed kept making noises, and the environment was scary.

The location is very strategic, in the heart of Melawai, close to Blok M. The rooms are clean and have a bathtub. The price is also very reasonable. I recommend coming back here again. Cheers.

Comfortable, clean environment and easy to go everywhere

Stayed here for 5 nights, next time I go to Jakarta I will stay here again, I like the location, room size, cleanliness, and friendliness, only the room is not soundproof and the bed makes a sound when we move, if you just want to rest and sleep with a minimal budget, this is more than enough, the staff are nice..

Best and fast Wi-Fi and close to Sate Apjay, supermarket and pharmacy

It's very cozy, for around 200k you can get a bathtub, it's clean, minimalist and comfortable.

The location was nice close to city centre, but the vibe of the old building [was] ] a bit scary especially for the basement [because] ] the water at the third floor was contaminated with laterite (have [had] ] experience 1 time in [on the] ] third floor), but for the second floor when I stay there recently [it] ] was clear [and] ] ] not contaminated, for the bed cover [it] ] smell [ed like the] ] previous guest (in my point of view [it was] ] ] not [even] ] changed when I stay [ed]), but the room was spacious and the refrigerator [was] ] working well.

Nice, close to everywhere from Blok M, walking distance so parking is not difficult, only the AC is really hot, room 308.

I think this accommodation is comfortable. But the orthopedic mattress hurts when you sleep on your side. Actually, the facilities at that price are worth it. But it would be better if they were better maintained so that they would be more competitive.

You can check in at 1 am, everything is comfortable and tidy, the bathroom is also nice with a bathtub, the bed is comfortable to sleep on, the only thing you need to do is walk a bit to get to Blok M, otherwise everything is ok.

The AC is not cold. The room is okay, the receptionist is friendly.

unfriendly staff, lacking facilities especially cleanliness, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, drinking water facilities, dirty kettle and yellow water, no smoking rules but the room smells really bad of cigarettes, no hot water, clogged sink.

The hotel has a scary atmosphere and the service is not good, basically there is no reason for this hotel, the atmosphere is like in a ghost movie.
