Amazing owner. Kids loved the pool.

1. Family-style hotel, staying with the owner, more like a private house than a hotel. When entering the house, you have to take off your shoes and put on slippers before going up to your room. Because I didn't research carefully, if I had known in advance, I wouldn't have chosen to stay here. 2. The hotel did not deliver the room as booked. I booked a superior garden view but when I received it, the room was not the same as the photo described on traveloka, there was no garden view, the interior of the room was also not the same. My friend called to ask, the owner said that the room had been rented long-term and they had not checked out yet. After talking back and forth, the final solution was to reduce the room fee by 50k for us. 3. Poor room amenities, the bathroom did not have shampoo, shower gel, comb, ... towels had rust stains, the room was almost not soundproof, the guests outside talked very loudly, everyone inside the room could hear. Of the 3 hotels booked on traveloka, the 2 hotels in Hue and Da Nang were good and this was the worst hotel. I will not come back.

The owner is very enthusiastic and friendly. Will come back next time.

Thuê đúng ngay phòng dormitory mà có nam ở nên phải bỏ ra thêm tiền để thuê phòng khác. Khi vào phòng, nhìn xung quanh thì tủ ngay dưới bồn rửa tay đã khá cũ và sắp rớt ra nếu đụng vào. Lúc mình bên ngoài về, thì phát hiện có người tự ý vào phòng - chỉ có chủ thuê mới có chìa khóa phòng, người đó vào mà không hỏi sự cho phép của mình. Nước suối thì không bao gồm trong phòng, lúc hỏi thì cô ấy nói thế, hầu hết các khách sạn hay nhà nghỉ đều sẽ cho 1 hoặc 2 chai nước suối nhỏ. Lần đầu đến Hội An và có lẽ sẽ không có những lần sau. Hôm đó quá tệ.

mình nhận phòng trễ 10p tại khách cũ chưa trả phòng; nhà vệ sinh thì dọn bên ngoài thôi à, còn bên trong kẹt bồn tắm còn khá bẩn ấy ạ. giá cả hợp lý, chị chủ vui vẻ, phòng củm khá là okela

chỗ cũ kĩ ẩm mốc, tự vào phòng dọn dẹp khi không yêu cầu và xin phép khách .

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, mình thuê được 1 phòng có cả bồn tắm với một giá rất phải chăng. Anh chị chủ nhà cũng rất thân thiện, giúp mình đặt xe, mua đồ hộ và cũng chỉ cho mình những quán ăn địa phương bình ổn giá. Ngoài ra thì ở đây cũng free xe đạp nếu bạn muốn di chuyển và giúp bạn đặt xe máy. Mình khá ấn tượng với địa chỉ này

We have just spent 4 days stay here. The hostess is very friendly, single and double rooms are clean and airy. Especially always support when we need to borrow things because we have small children. If we come back to Hoi An, we will definitely continue to stay at this villa, it's great!

Tempat yang sangat nyaman dan dia punya kolam renang, pemilik rumah sangat ramah dan pandai memasak. Lokasi dekat dengan danau yang sangat cantik kalau malam. Saat sore juga bisa duduk di sana.
