Koko Ryo is very responsive and friendly. The view is also cool. Most importantly the place is clean 😍

The apartment is located close to the mall, easy access and close to the city center. Staying for 2 nights only gets room service for 1 day. There is no towel change and room cleaning.

Complete bathroom, hot water available, complete pantry, clean bed, clean sheets, smooth WiFi, beautiful views in the morning and evening, the owner is very responsive and friendly.

If food ingredients in a restaurant are not fresh, don't serve/sell them anymore.

Ordered the unit for a friend who wants to have a staycation together in Subaya. One of the units that has many good reviews. Koko is very friendly and explains everything in detail. The rooms are clean, the most epic thing is that they provide 1 liter of wat*on soap+shampoo 😅. I was a little worried because I ordered this for a friend but it turned out he was very comfortable, so I didn't hesitate if I wanted to stay here again.

Apartemen ini lebih menarik karena berada di atas mall. Ruangmya cukup lebar masih ada ruang cukup antara bed dan tv. Bersih. Overall ok. Rekomen banget buat staycation.

Bersih, nyaman, alat masak ada semua. View nya ok. Pengelola juga ramah. Connect ke mall jadi enak bisa blja ato cari makan di mall. Next time semoga bisa kesini lagi.

Dari segi semua nya, super komplit, super bersih, semya fasilitas ada, apart langsung akses masuk mall pakuwon, anak-anak jadi betah lama-lama d srbya, kolam renang nya juga bersih banget, harus banget kesini wajib. Pemiliknya juga baik sekali 🥰.

Besides being the first time I came, it was confusing to check in even though I had been contacted before via WA. Confused starting from parking the car, where to get the keys. And the room did not meet expectations. Very narrow. Although there are a lot of decent kitchen utensils, the blankets don't live up to expectations. Thin and small. Wifi on the tv crashes. Had to turn it on and off many times. The advantage is that it is directly connected to the mall.

Lokasi bagus, bisa langsung nyambung ke Mall Pakuwon lewat lobby, kamar bersih nyaman, amenities komplit, ditambah pemilik sangat ramah 👍.
