The location is good and close to the city center and the sea.

The check-in process took a long time. I waited almost 1 hour for the room to be ready. From 2 to 3 pm. I had paid for breakfast for the next 4 days but when I wanted to have breakfast, it said I hadn't paid for breakfast. The receptionist system was chaotic and not connected to the kitchen. When I wanted to check out, there was another breakfast bill, lol, this Sindoro system is hilarious. Fix it, it's embarrassing.

The service is friendly and the rooms and equipment are clean. During breakfast, the food is also delicious.

Friendly staff, comfort for resting is okay. Minus in cleanliness and there are tools that are not less functional in the bathroom, shower, and sink sometimes clogged.

The service from the receptionist could not communicate well. The quality of the food is very bad, especially since the fruit is still being served.

The staff is a bit unhelpful, the security guard saw the customer getting off the car and was indifferent and didn't help at all, but there was one staff who helped move rooms, very helpful. That's the only pleasant staff, they know how to deal with guests well, a bit senior/old but very helpful.

I am disappointed with the service, the room is not according to the reservation (given a different one). The AC is not cold and suddenly at 2 am the AC suddenly made a noise and there was water dripping from the AC. No towels were given either and the sheets were dirty, Lampung jedag-jedug (flickering). These are all my experiences and complaints after staying at Sindoro. For the future, please improve the service and please check the AC before checking in whether there is any damage or not.
