Good location and feels like home

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is comfortable, and it's very child-friendly. There's a playground and swimming pool, and the food is delicious. We recommend staying here.

The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick. The food was quite tasty, although not very varied. The restaurant was also delicious, especially the wedang ronde (round tea) and fried cassava. The atmosphere was cool and beautiful. The facilities were okay. But the room wasn't great. The lock was manual and not double-slot. So it wasn't very secure, especially since someone tried to open our door, but luckily it was locked. I don't know if they were in the wrong room or what. The view from the window was just the neighbor's wall, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke from the next room. The bathroom always smelled bad. The Wi-Fi was slow. The TV channels disappeared. I stayed for two nights and could only watch a blank screen on the TV. The air quality in the room was not very clean. Every morning during our stay, our throats felt dry. As a result, our whole family came home coughing and flu-like symptoms. I hope this is addressed again. Thank you.

A beautiful hotel that provides tranquility, facilities and food are very suitable for the hotel's price which is very pocket-friendly.

Even though it's an old hotel, it doesn't feel scary at all. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, it just needs a little improvement, like the mattress is not comfortable anymore, the wood on the door is starting to rot, but other than that, it's fun, the kids can swim in 3 clean pools, according to the core price. 😁

comfortable resort cool parking, cozy heritage lobby atmosphere, friendly staff, spacious yard and diligently swept, clean swimming pool, there are 2 pools for children and adults up to 3m, comfortable clean restaurant, friendly service, simple varied dishes but delicious. in the afternoon I had time to rent a tennis racket for 50 thousand for 2 people, bonus 5 balls and the guard was helpful. the room atmosphere is comfortable even though it's not too big, the balcony is nice and adeum, we ordered xtrabed for 150 thousand, worth it including breakfast. quite complete gym equipment clean fragrant prayer room hopefully the Concordia hotel will always be well maintained thank you

Comfortable hotel, cool, not noisy, clean, clean swimming pool, decent breakfast, spacious rooms and strategic location

Overall okay, really worth it for the price, will come back next time.

The sports facilities are numerous and free.

a hotel that is very suitable for a staycation with family, because the facilities are quite complete so we don't need to go anywhere, we can just relax, play & eat at the hotel. will be our favorite hotel when on vacation to Bandung. ♥︎

The room was very disappointing, a table and 2 chairs would have been nice, the air conditioning doesn't work, the bathroom smelled! The whole hotel needs a major renovation.

Comfortable, spacious bed. But the downside is, if we pass by, the road is between fitness and tennis venues. So people watch

Overall it is great because there are many places to play such as tennis, swimming pool, and a field for playing ball with children. However, please add more variety to the food menu, especially vegetables.

Strategic location, great atmosphere, good service and friendly staff. Lacking tables, chairs and sofas in the room, the rest is already very good and the wifi must be connected via the website if possible, change it to connect via password because every time you go out you have to reconnect

I have been a regular at this hotel, but this holiday was uncomfortable because this was the first time I slept and itched when I used the blanket/bed cover, so I ended up sleeping without a blanket. I also happened to get a room with an AC that wasn't cold, as if the AC was old. I happened to book 2 rooms, for the room with 1 AC it was still new and cold. Then this was the first time I was surprised when I wanted to take a shower, there was a pile of new towels mixed with a mat, which should have been separated. So I'm concerned about the cleanliness which needs to be improved, it seems the cleaning staff is overloaded. For breakfast, the food is kids friendly and delicious.

the weather is good, nice place to stay

The room photos did not match the online description; I had booked a clean room, but the pillows, toothbrush cup, sink didn't run smoothly, and the bathroom door was sticky.

The place was cozy and clean, the price was reasonable.
