The hotel is very nice, quite close to Da Lat market, great location, there are many beautiful cafes around. Staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Breakfast in the low season should be ordered, but the food taste is very delicious and abundant. I will choose Dalat De Charme Village to stay when I return to Da Lat. Great hotel, friendly staff, the restaurant and the general landscape are very beautiful, a gentle, beautiful beauty. Reception and management are both cheerful and enthusiastic. Motorbikes can be rented at the hotel. Around the hotel, there are also many restaurants and cafes for convenient eating. Well worth the experience here. My whole family had a complete fun. I recently booked a room for 3 nights at this hotel. The first night I encountered a problem: water outage (the room I booked was the highest but there was no hot water), the air conditioner was very loud, and I encountered a problem with the receptionist that day, which made me very disappointed. . But right after that, the hotel side refunded me that night. So, although it affects my experience on this trip, I also acknowledge the subsequent handling of the hotel manager. Still giving 3 stars

The staff here are very nice, especially the receptionists. The room is clean, the hotel has a nice view. Spacious quiet space suitable for contemplation. The location is not too far from the center. Will definitely come back next time. Going to Da Lat but staying in the center is just cramped, noisy, no view, no space, it's too bad, everyone should choose here.

My family completely enjoyed our stay here. The view is picturesque and the hotel room is artistically decorated. Every corner is instagram worthy. Plus, the staff are very accommodating and breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of courses. Definitely a great choice!

Nice, quiet hotel. Delicious breakfast, reasonable prices. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The hotel has a flexible policy (upgrade room class during low season and late check-in/check-out during certain times). I will come back again.

The soundproofing is very bad, the room is tiny, stuffy, no windows, upstairs or in front of the door of the room can be heard, can not sleep. Not worth the money with the price of nearly 1 million / night. Breakfast is fine. Don't come back. Weak hot water, dirty old toilet. Haizzz

What a classic style cozy hotel, full of xmas feeling when first seeing this. Really warm & cozy one. Room is quite small for us, no refrigarator in the room. Bad thing is room are not well equipped for anti-noise, we heard all “no-need-to-hear” at midnight omg. Breakfast are quite ok, view are cozy as well
