Staff are very helpful. They are organising pick up and retunn from and to airport.

Nice clean room. Thoughtful supplies and service. The receptionists are very enthusiastic and happy. Breakfast menu is very rich. My family and I are very satisfied for the past vacation here.

I heard Thien Thanh via friend and decided to book room here and I was not disappointed with my choice. The room is pretty clean, food is great, the service is nothing to complaint. You will be supported very well for any questions, the receptionist always offer you some options to consider what should you do, what should you eat, price... for reference. I also observed that the price for food in resort's restaurant is even cheaper for restaurant outside in Duong Dong down and better. So if you want to find a place for lunch or dinner in raining day , please choose to eat at restaurant inside and save cost for taxi for moving. I voted 5 starts for them.

I was a customer in 815 room, nice lobby hotel, ok room, but at one time I found out ... The room is grateful for the balcony and tea table, in the morning, I am still sleeping, someone has unlocked it with a card. rushing into the room ... is really annoying! 5-star hotel, when I walked out of the hotel, I took a taxi.
