The room is small, there is no wardrobe, the hallway is narrow, the bathroom equipment is rusty; the hangers are broken, the towels given to guests are old and worn, each one is a different color, like it is used to clean things, not like that. It feels like the facilities are not cared for or maintained at all, just rented out to one guest after another. The motorbikes at the home are very old, you should not rent them or if you do, you have to check them carefully.

The good thing is that it's close to the center and the beach. The small room is like a student room, suitable for 2 people, but it's too small for a family. I booked 2 adults and 2 children but got 1 double bed.

And a few other problems I see such as the bathroom has a gap; the wooden partition between the 2 beds is not tight, I hope the owner will improve. In general, this dorm room is okay for those who stay overnight or do not need much living space.

I rented a motorbike that consumes little gas. I drove for 3 days and wanted to cover all of Phu Yen, but it only cost about 100k to fill up the tank. Phu Yen is so beautiful, everyone ☀️

Mình đi cùng chồng ở phòng lầu 1. Book homestay do đọc được một bài review du lịch Phú Yên trên mạng. Homestay gần biển, ngay trung tâm, tiện nghi đầy đủ, sạch sẽ, cô chủ siêu nhiệt tình thân thiện. Điểm trừ rất quan trọng cho team khó ngủ như mình là phòng cách âm siêu kém, ở dưới tầng một mà nghe lầu trên đi lại như đi ngay trên đầu mình vậy, rất ồn, nếu bên ngoài hay phòng bên cạnh hay lầu trên nói chuyện thì nghe rõ mồn một. Gần đó có quán karaoke to mở nhạc xập xình tới 1 2h sáng. Mình ở tầng 1 thấy nhà vệ sinh bí, chỉ có một thùng rác trong nhà vệ sinh để vứt rác và vứt giấy vệ sinh (ko được vứt thẳng vào bồn cầu sau khi đi vệ sinh) thành ra hơi bất tiện và hơi ghê. Mình thấy ở cặp đôi thì không recommend lắm ạ.

Homestay có thiết kế retro, rất dễ thương và cô chủ dễ mến, nhiệt tình. Điểm mình cần góp ý phần nội thất có phần thất vọng: khăn, nệm cũ quá; không cách âm. Nếu được chú ý hơn thì mọi thứ sẽ tuyệt vời.
