1. Booking was not available when asked 3 days before, after asking back and forth for days to the Traveloka and apartment management, it turned out that they checked incorrectly and the booking was available, they said they saw/checked incorrectly
2. 2 hours before check in, they suddenly said that the room booked 1 month before was FULL and was moved to another apartment that was further away and complicated to get to the destination
3. The map point given for the replacement apartment was really crazy, it actually went into a housing complex that was very far from the actual apartment position
4. The room was dusty, there were cockroaches and mosquitoes, there were spider nests on the bathroom door
