Terrible room soundproofing. Wonder how they promote their hotel via the app but are unable to communicate with the app's team when an issue occurred. Not letting me check out, claiming that they couldn't find my booking ID. If you are unable to find my booking ID, why let me check in then tell me this during my check out? Wasted my 45 minutes. Worse, not willing to call the app's team to verify. They are not well-versed to manage any unexpected situation, compounded with the language barrier. Lastly, keep on opening the door during my last day, not even knocking to find out whether somebody is in there, totally depriving customer's privacy. This hotel is not ready to serve international tourists. Not recommended to stay if you are unable to converse in Thai.
