The toilet didn't have running water so I had problems cleaning up, but I already told the receptionist when I checked out.

The staff are all friendly and kind, from the security guards, the kind and clear front desk, the restaurant, and the cleaning staff. It feels welcoming. Comfortable. The AC is good. The swimming pool is okay. There are rabbits for the kids. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi suddenly went off at night and it still hasn't turned on until the next day of check-out. The bathroom and sink drains need to be cleaned because the water takes a while to recede. The dressing table in front of the elevator is a bit dusty. Otherwise, it's okay. Recommended to stay here.

In my opinion, the bed sheets of a Novotel class room are not very clean, there are hairs from whoever it is, and the sheets have spots and are dull in color. It's a shame it would be cleaner to stay at the Ibis Style Simatupang which should have a different star rating. When I sleep in a hotel, I always concentrate on the bed sheets because that's what makes us sleep comfortably. That's my input, thank you.

Security is not friendly and does not prioritize guests who are staying overnight. Parking is not comfortable, we have to park on the shoulder of the road.
