I always stay here when I go to Balikpapan, this time I got a 2 bedroom, I was really happy, it was safe, I'm always happy when I stay here, the kids are also free to swim.

The bathroom was dirty and there were cockroaches. The towels smelled too. The bed was also dirty. I only stayed here for a few hours. I didn't have time to stay because the place was uncomfortable.

I will never stay here again, I paid almost 700 and got a room full of cockroaches. This is the first time I stayed at a hotel but didn't sleep there, I came for a short time and then went home, very disappointed. In the photos it was clean and luxurious, but in reality it didn't match, the toilet and bathroom were dirty and smelled of urine, the room was shabby, the sheets smelled like they hadn't been changed or washed, and what's more unreasonable is that they provided a balcony but couldn't be occupied, they said it was permanently closed, so what's the point of providing a balcony?

the room is damp, the bathroom smells of urine, I asked the staff to help clean it, they said there would be staff ready tomorrow morning, hmmm, a towel or a mat?

This apartment building is not well maintained, the floor is dirty, the bed base is dirty and has many spots. Overall the place is comfortable.

The check-in and check-out process was fast.

When we first entered the hotel there were footprints, dirty mirrors, dirty tables, no clean towels, the floor felt dirty, many of the ornaments were broken and peeling, the room was dark

7 years ago I last stayed here, it was still my favorite apartment because the price was affordable and it was in the middle of the city. But now the quality has decreased a lot :( the room is dirty, smelly, I have to sweep it myself, the water heater is not installed, hopefully in the future the management will pay attention to this apartment again

Sorry in advance, for the room it's okay big, but the AC oh my God, it's not cold at all in such a big room, it's really hot. The cleanliness of the room is also lacking and the balcony can't be opened, the TV quality is also lacking, I thought it was using a digital TV that could Netflix, but it turned out it was still cable TV, yesterday when I checked in I didn't get a toothbrush, is that right? Usually there's everything, please fix it again so that those who stay can be more comfortable, especially yesterday I had a toddler who kept complaining about the heat, so I didn't have fun with my vacation. This was a really bad experience 🙏🏻

This apartment seems old, not maintained and not as friendly as before. The elevator is also very small and very sensitive to the load capacity. The gym is also dirty and scary The price is not equivalent to the facilities. The apartment owner or manager thinks there needs to be a lot of improvements.

Regret staying here, there was only an hour between check in and check out. The room was dirty, the floor was mopped with soap, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were not changed, the staff was rude. Oh my. I will not stay here again, losing 1.2 million is not a problem.

The room was dusty, the floor was sticky as if it hadn't been mopped. My child cried all night because the AC wasn't cold plus the sheets were dirty. The intention to rest was canceled and decided to check out at 6 am looking for another hotel.

The place is spacious, the rooms are spacious. There is a full kitchen, dining table.
